One may wonder how the name "Muhibbah" or goodwill came about. It all started back in 1986, when two great friends, a Chinese guy named Leow, a former technician and a Malay man named Kamaruzzaman, a former store-keeper decided to quit their jobs and venture into food business together. They started off in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. They have since relocated several times and are currently in Sungai Penchala, Kuala Lumpur. Their speciality is in "Halal" Chinese food.
